I want you to leave your visit understanding what we discussed, what your options are and what to do next. My approach is to listen carefully, explain things clearly and work with you on a practical plan.

I’m Robert Carroll, founder of Carroll Health & Wellness. My healthcare career began in emergency medical services in 2007 and has included bedside nursing, hospital leadership, primary care, urgent care, occupational health, urology and telehealth.

Based in Roselle Park, I provide scheduled video care for adults 18 and older who are physically in New Jersey. Your appointment is with me. You can bring a common health concern, a question about treatment or a test you would like to discuss.

I will explain when testing, an in-person examination or another clinician is needed, and remain responsible for follow-up related to the care I provide. Ongoing management starts when we explicitly agree on a plan.

You may request a telehealth appointment with a physician. I will assist you with scheduling your own appointment with an outside physician through Zocdoc.

What is a family nurse practitioner?

A family nurse practitioner, or FNP, is a registered nurse with advanced education and clinical training to assess, diagnose and treat health conditions. MSN, FNP‑BC means I hold a Master of Science in Nursing and am a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Within the services offered here, I evaluate health concerns, prescribe medication, order tests and explain next steps based on your assessment.
