BioReference Self-Pay Price Reference
The cash-pay prices shown below come from a BioReference Laboratories self-pay schedule supplied to Carroll Health & Wellness. They are not Excell, Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics prices. Source schedule: February 2025. Current BioReference prices may differ; confirm the total directly with BioReference before testing.
Use this reference to discuss possible testing costs. Robert determines which tests, if any, are appropriate after reviewing your symptoms, history and screening needs. A listing does not guarantee an order or mean that a test is offered through the practice. Laboratory charges are separate from your $99 consultation.
You are not required to use BioReference. You may use another laboratory that accepts your order, including Excell, Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics. Other laboratories set their own prices, insurance policies, sample requirements, appointment rules and collection availability.
Reflex testing means additional testing triggered by an initial result and may cost extra. [R] marks four entries flagged in the source; unmarked tests may also have sample-collection or additional-testing charges.
